Oblivion Console Guide
Cheat codes, everyone takes a secret thrill in searching for and using cheat codes here and there. I’ll admit it, I’ve used them. A word to the wise: use cheat codes sparingly. Sometimes a bug might even force you to use one, but most of the time you’ll enjoy the game more without uber-powers. That said, I’ll add useful cheat codes below on a regular basis. Keep in mind that these only word for the PC version of Oblivion.
Console
You can bring the console up by pressing the “tilde key” (~). On most keyboards it’s at the top left corner of your keyboard, next to the 1. You can bring up the console in regular gameplay mode, inventory/journal mode and conversation/store mode. After opening the console, enter your code and press Enter. To close the console when you’re done, just press the tilde key again.
